When you book or send an enquiry
The booking and enquiry forms on this site ask for the details we need to actually run your tour:
- Your name — so the driver and guide know who they are collecting
- Phone number, including WhatsApp — to confirm the pickup and reach you on the day
- Email address — to send your confirmation
- Hotel or pickup location — to plan the route
- Party size, including children — to allocate seats and the correct price
- Anything else you choose to write in the message field
When you submit the form, these details are transmitted to our own booking system, where our team picks them up and arranges the tour. We use them to confirm your reservation, to agree your collection time with you personally, and to contact you if anything about the tour changes. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
To carry out the tour, the colleague, driver or guide handling your pickup is given the minimum needed to find you — normally your name, hotel, phone number and party size. Where a tour includes something arranged with a third party on your behalf, only the details that service genuinely needs are passed on.
Visit statistics
We count visits with our own first-party analytics beacon. It is cookieless: it does not set a tracking cookie, it does not follow you to other websites, and it does not build a profile of you. It records general information such as the page viewed, the country and approximate city, the device type, the browser language and where the visit came from, so we can see which pages are useful and which languages our guests read. This tells us how many people visited a page, not who they are.
What your browser stores
Your currency and light or dark theme preference are saved in your own browser so the site looks the same on your next visit. This stays on your device, is not sent to any advertising network, and disappears when you clear your browser storage.
Who we do not give your data to
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not pass it to marketing companies or data brokers. Data is shared only where it is needed to deliver the tour you booked, or where we are legally required to provide it.

How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as required for the booking and for legal retention. Enquiries that never turn into a booking are kept only for as long as the conversation is useful, then removed. We do not put an invented number of years on this page; if you want to know exactly how long a specific record will be held, ask us and we will tell you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Under Türkiye's personal data protection law (KVKK), and under the GDPR if you are in the EU or EEA, these requests are your right, not a favour.
Write to muratatalay0721@gmail.com with the email address or phone number you used to book, and tell us what you want done. We will act on it and confirm back to you. Please note that we may have to keep a minimum record of a completed booking where the law requires it, even after a deletion request; we will say so if that applies.
Security
Access to booking data is limited to the people in our team who need it to run tours. This site is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, so please do not send passwords, full card numbers or copies of identity documents through the website forms, by email or over WhatsApp — we will never ask you for them.
Payment
Reservations on this site are free and payment is made on the tour day, in cash or by card, unless a specific tour page says otherwise. That means we do not collect or store card details through this website.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site handles data, we update this page. If you want to know what applied at the time of your booking, ask us and we will tell you.
