Questions and answers
Do I have to pay online when I book?+
No. Reservations are free and require no prepayment. You pay on the day of your tour, in cash or by card, unless a tour page states otherwise.
Is hotel pickup really included?+
On most tours, yes — pickup and drop-off at your hotel are included in the price. Each tour page lists its pickup areas; if your hotel lies outside them, we'll tell you before confirming.
What time will I be picked up?+
Pickup times depend on your hotel's location and are confirmed personally after you book — usually by WhatsApp the evening before. You'll never be left guessing.
Can I cancel or change my booking?+
Yes — cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour. To change the date or the number of guests, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll rearrange it.
Are the tours suitable for children?+
Many are — boat tours, Green Canyon cruises and the pirate ships are family favourites, and children's prices are shown on every tour page. Adventure products like quad, buggy and rafting have their own age rules, listed under Good to Know.
What languages do your guides and team speak?+
Our team supports guests in English, German, Russian and Polish. Guide languages on the day vary by tour and are shown on the tour page where relevant.
What happens if the weather turns bad?+
Safety decides. If conditions aren't right, we move your booking to another day or refund it in full — your choice.
Which currencies can I pay in?+
Prices are quoted in euros; on the day you can pay in euros, Turkish lira and usually US dollars or by card. The exact rate is confirmed at payment.
Do I need to reconfirm my booking?+
No — after booking you receive a confirmation, and we contact you on WhatsApp before the tour with your pickup details. If anything changes, you'll hear from us first.
