The Experience

One detail decides this tour for a lot of people: the quads come as singles and two-seaters, so a couple, a parent and a teenager or two friends who fancy sharing the fun can travel on one machine. Everything is fuelled and ready when you arrive. We collect from hotels in Kumköy and the resorts around it, and the whole outing runs to three hours. Be honest with yourself about the terrain before you book. It is not smooth. The route strings together dry farm tracks, shaded forest paths and shallow river crossings, and the jolting rules it out for expectant mothers and for anyone whose back or neck gives them trouble. Drivers need to be at least 16 and steady on the controls; younger children come along in the passenger seat. What you get in return is the good part of the Antalya interior — pine shade, long dusty straights, cool spray at the fords and stops at viewpoints where the green valley opens up and everyone reaches for a phone. A guide rides at the front the whole way, and a briefing and practice loop come before any of it. Helmet, goggles, protective gear, third-party accident cover, the guide and the return transfer are included. Extra laps and upgrades, the photo and video team, drinks, snacks and tips are not.
