Side Buggy Safari Prices: What Your Ticket Really Covers

The honest price breakdown for the Side Buggy Safari from the operator itself: €30 adults, €18 children, infants free. Exactly what the ticket includes, the few optional extras it doesn't, and why you book free and pay on the tour day.

Side Buggy Safari Prices: The Full Breakdown

Buggy safari pricing in Side can look confusing from the outside: every flyer quotes a different number and rarely explains what it covers. As the operator running the tour, we can make it simple. Here is exactly what our Side Buggy Safari costs, what that price includes, and the few things it does not.

Current prices per person

  • Adult: €30
  • Child: €18
  • Infant: free

Prices are per person, not per buggy, and they hold all year round: we do not run a hidden "high season" tariff. A couple sharing one buggy pays €60 total; the driver and passenger pay the same category rate for their age.

What the price includes

The ticket is a complete package, not a base fee with add-ons stacked on top. Included in the price:

  • Hotel pickup and drop-off, convenient two-way transfer directly from your hotel.
  • Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of driving on our off-road forest track: the full outing takes around 4 hours door to door.
  • Safety briefing from our instructors covering driving dynamics, the track, and safety measures.
  • A supervised test drive before you hit the trail, so every guest is confident behind the wheel first.
  • Showers and changing cabins at our base: you go back to your hotel clean, not caked in mud.

What is not included

We would rather tell you this before you arrive than surprise you at the base:

  • Protective goggles, sold at the facility to shield your eyes from dust and mud.
  • Bandanas, available to buy at the base if you did not bring your own face covering.
  • Food and drinks consumed at the facility or during breaks.
  • Photo and video service: our team shoots the action on the track; buying the footage is optional.
  • Any personal extras not listed in the itinerary.

None of these are required to enjoy the tour. If you follow our what to bring and wear guide, you can arrive fully prepared and spend nothing beyond the ticket.

Pay on the tour day: reservation is free

This is the part first-time visitors find hardest to believe: booking costs nothing and you pay on the day of the tour. No deposit, no card details, no prepayment. You reserve your seats, we confirm your pickup personally, and you settle the balance when you join us. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour, so a change of plans never costs you money.

Because we are Atalay Tours, the local operator, not a reseller adding a margin on someone else's tour, the price you see is the price you pay. There is no booking fee, no "service charge" at the base, and no pressure to buy extras.

Ages, seats, and how the price applies

  • Driving: the minimum age to drive a buggy is 16.
  • Passengers: children from age 6 ride securely belted in the seat next to the driver.
  • Infants: free of charge.

Seat time is decided by confidence, not paperwork: everyone gets the same briefing and supervised test drive, and guests who handle the buggy comfortably drive, while anyone who prefers not to simply enjoys the ride from the passenger seat. More on who the tour suits in our first-timer and family guide.

The River Side track option

Beyond the standard forest route we run an exclusive River Side track for guests who want maximum adrenaline and do not mind getting soaked: it adds water entries and river crossings to the mud. It is priced differently from the standard tour, so ask us on WhatsApp when you book and we will confirm availability and the current price difference honestly, before you commit to anything.

Is €30 good value?

Judge it by the hours: a four-hour outing with private-hotel transfer, professional instruction, up to two hours of actual driving, and post-ride showers. Compare that with attractions where the headline price covers entry only and everything else is extra. If you still have questions — weather, kids, group sizes — our buggy safari FAQ answers them, and our complete Side excursions guide shows how the buggy day fits alongside the region's other trips.
