Suluada Day Trip from Side: Powder-White Sand and an Unhurried Lunch Cruise

The Experience
Suluada is not somewhere you tack onto a busy morning. It lies well south of Side, off the Adrasan shoreline, and doing it properly takes eleven hours door to door. If your holiday has room for one long day, spend it here. The island has nobody living on it. No jetty, no kiosk, no sunbeds. We anchor just offshore and small tender boats run guests in to the bay, where pale sand turns the shallows a colour that looks edited. Take a mask to the rocks, paddle round to the hollow everyone calls the Love Cave, or stay flat on deck and move for nothing. The stops are long on purpose. Lunch is cooked while you are in the water: grilled fish or chicken with rice or pasta, homemade mezes, a seasonal salad, then fruit and Turkish tea. Because we run the boat rather than sell someone else's seats, we can be blunt about what sits outside the €43 fare, which is the bar, the optional breakfast at the Adrasan stop, and your own sunscreen, towel and hat. Nothing is taken in advance; you settle on the day. An honest fit: children come from six, younger ones sail free under an adult's eye on deck, and nothing is sold on the island. Bright sand and turquoise water throw the sun straight back, so sunglasses and high-factor cream matter more here than on a short hop. Anyone who dislikes early starts should choose a closer boat trip instead.

Do I pay now or on the day?+
No prepayment needed. Reserve your spot online and pay on the day of the tour.
Is it suitable for children?+
Yes, from age 6. Younger children travel free but must be supervised on deck. It's a long, sunny day, so bring hats and sunscreen for the little ones.
