Green Canyon can swallow a whole holiday day, and for plenty of visitors that is a day too many. This is the half-day answer: a wide catamaran, two and a half hours of water, and the same reservoir above Oymapınar Dam near Manavgat that the long excursions photograph. The deck is broad and open rather than carved up into cabins, so nobody is pinned to a seat. You can move about, swap sun for shade, and watch the pine slopes slide by. Being a reservoir, the surface stays flat the whole way; no sea legs required. Partway out the boat pauses for a swim before turning for home. The lake is freshwater, which means it feels considerably colder than the beach you left. Worth being straight about what this is not. Pickups run daily around Side and Manavgat, daily from Alanya across the summer, and on Mondays and Thursdays only if you are staying in Belek or Antalya.
