Suluada Island Boat Trip from Antalya: Grilled Lunch Aboard and White-Sand Swim Stops

The Experience
Suluada is nowhere near Antalya, and pretending otherwise would spoil the day. The road south to Adrasan runs about 1.5 to 2 hours, the crossing another 45 minutes or so, and the whole outing comes to twelve hours door to door. What that buys is an island with nothing built on it, reached from a wooden jetty in a fishing village the coach routes never turn off for. The drive is part of it: pine forest, the Lycian coast opening between the trees, a guide filling in what you are looking at. Once clear of Adrasan the captain works a chain of sheltered coves — the calm water of Domuz Bay, the twin beaches of the island, and cliffs no road reaches. Masks and floats are aboard to borrow, so snorkelling adds nothing to the bill, and the crew grills lunch on deck around the middle of the day. Marine insurance and harbour fees already sit inside the €40 because we operate the boat, with no agency margin stacked on top. Drinks, tips, fishing tackle hire and the photo service are the separate line items, and there are no others. Non-swimmers are welcome, life jackets come out on request, and much of the day passes at anchor rather than in deep water. Infants up to three go free and older children pay a reduced rate. Wear flat, non-slip shoes on deck, bring swimwear, a towel, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen, and cancel free of charge up to 24 hours ahead.
