You reserve free of charge and pay on the day of the tour. Children get ill, forecasts change, plans move. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure means a changed mind costs you nothing, and it means nobody has taken your money weeks in advance for a visit that had not happened yet.
Who should not book this
- Anyone wanting a full day out. Two to two and a half hours inside is the honest figure. It is a superb half-day, not a day.
- Anyone assuming the whole complex is included. If the Snow Room and the wax museum are the reason you are going, expect to pay separately at the venue.
- Anyone hoping to guarantee the shark feeding. Divers feed the sharks by hand, but the timing changes with the season and cannot be promised for a given visit.
- Travellers with their own car staying nearby — as above, buy at the gate and keep the difference.
Everyone else does very well here, and it is one of the few outings on this coast that is completely unaffected by weather, wind or sea state. Mobility is a non-issue: the venue is wheelchair and pushchair accessible throughout.
