Short answer: the Side jeep safari is €18 per adult and €9 per child, lunch included. The Alanya Dim River safari is €30 and €17. Reservation is free and you pay on the tour day.
Ask three different street agencies what a jeep safari costs and you will get three different answers: usually followed by a discount that appears out of nowhere. As Atalay Tours, a local operator on the Antalya Riviera, we prefer to publish the numbers and let them speak. Here is exactly what our jeep safaris cost, who pays what, and where every euro goes.
Our jeep safari prices at a glance
Side Jeep Safari to the Taurus Mountains, full day, 8 hours
- Adults (13+): €18
- Children 7–12: €9
- Infants 0–6: free
This is the classic family day out: an open-top 4x4 convoy from Side into the Manavgat highlands, with a Roman bridge, aqueducts, Green Canyon viewpoints, a swim stop, village pancakes and a lakeside lunch, lunch is included in that €18, not sold on top.
Alanya Jeep Safari to the Dim River, full day, 8 hours
- Adults: €30
- Children 4–12: €17
- Infants 0–3: free
The Alanya route climbs through banana and citrus country to waterfall and Dim Dam photo stops, a village visit, and lunch on platforms set over the mountain-cold Dim River. Lunch, guiding and local travel insurance are all inside the €30.
Side Night Jeep Safari with Dinner & Catamaran Party, evening, around 5 hours
- Per person: €35, this tour is designed for guests aged 12 and over
The evening version trades the midday heat for a sunset convoy, a swim at Green Lake, dinner served on board a catamaran, an open-air deck party and a night-time stop at the Manavgat Waterfall. Dinner and the cruise are included in the €35.
What the price includes: on every tour
- The jeep and a professional driver. You never drive yourself on any of these tours; every 4x4 has an experienced local driver at the wheel.
- Hotel pickup and drop-off. Included across the Side resort area (Side, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Evrenseki, Gündoğdu, Sorgun, Titreyengöl, Kızılağaç, Kızılot) for the Side tours, and across the whole Alanya strip from Kestel to Okurcalar for the Dim River tour. No transfer surcharge, ever.
- A meal. Lakeside lunch by Green Canyon in Side, riverside lunch on the Dim River in Alanya, dinner on the catamaran on the night safari.
- Guiding. On the Side day safari our crews guide in English, German and Russian as well as Turkish.
What is not included, so you can budget
We would rather you read this here than discover it at a stop:
- Drinks with lunch or dinner, and at the stops, paid separately everywhere.
- Optional extras on the Side day safari: a one-hour boat trip on Green Lake (€5 per person), the Manavgat Waterfall entrance fee if the day's programme includes that stop, and a small mini zoo during the village break.
- Optional Dim Cave visit on the Alanya route, a small entrance fee paid locally, offered when the day's programme allows.
- Photos and videos taken by the tour team, buying them is entirely up to you; your own camera rides free.
- Personal spending at village stalls.
A sensible amount of cash for drinks and one optional extra covers a family comfortably. Nothing on the route is compulsory.
Why there are no seasonal surprises
These prices apply across the season: we do not quietly raise them in August or invent a "holiday supplement". What you see when you reserve is what you pay on the day. Because we are the operator, not a middleman reselling someone else's seats, there is no commission stacked on top either.
How paying on the tour day works
This is the part first-time guests find hardest to believe, so let us spell it out:
- Reservation is free. You book your seats and pay nothing online: no deposit, no card details held hostage.
- You pay on the day of the tour. Cash in hand, tour in front of you.
- Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. Plans change on holiday; we build that in rather than punishing it.
If a price ever feels too good or too complicated elsewhere, apply a simple test: is lunch included, is hotel pickup included, and do you pay before or after you have seen the jeep? Our answers are yes, yes, and after.
Which safari gives the best value?
Purely on numbers, the Side Taurus Mountains safari at €18 with lunch included is one of the best-value full days anywhere on the coast: a family of two adults and two children aged 7–12 does the whole eight-hour day for €54. The night safari costs more per person but bundles dinner, a catamaran cruise and a party into one evening. If you are staying in Alanya, the Dim River safari saves you the long transfer a Side departure would need.
Not sure which suits your group? Our first-timer and family guide walks through age limits and difficulty, and once you have booked, the packing guide tells you exactly what to throw in the bag. For everything else, the jeep safari FAQ has the answers we give at the pickup gate every morning. Season shapes this day more than guests expect, which is what our month-by-month guide is for.
