Some views you have to earn with a climb. This one asks only a few steps. Our minibus winds up from the coast to a launch hill about 700 metres above Alanya, where your licensed tandem pilot fits your helmet and harness, walks you through a short briefing, and then — a light run, and the ground simply lets go. From that moment the Mediterranean unrolls beneath your feet: the long curve of the Alanya coastline, the blue shading from turquoise to deep navy, beach umbrellas shrunk to confetti.
You do nothing but sit back in the harness. The pilot handles takeoff, steering and landing, which is why complete beginners make up most of our passengers. The glide ends the way every flight here should: skimming in over the shore and landing directly on Cleopatra Beach, where the flight photos and videos taken along the way are ready to view and purchase if you want a souvenir of the moment your feet left Turkey.
The morning starts easily. After breakfast time we collect you from hotels across the Alanya area — Kestel, Mahmutlar, Oba, Konaklı, Avsallar and Okurcalar included — or you can simply meet us at the base office. Staying further west? Choose a departure with round-trip transfer from Side, Belek or Antalya and the drive along the coast is part of the day. After registration, everyone rides together up to the takeoff hill.
Paragliding is honest about one thing: the wind decides the schedule. Flights run daily year-round, but if the weather is not safe, your flight moves to the next day, is rescheduled, or refunded — the pilot's call is final, and that is exactly how it should be. Age and weight limits apply and are confirmed when you book; guests under 18 need signed parental consent. Booking with us costs nothing upfront: reserve your spot free, pay on the tour day, and cancel free up to 24 hours before. Bring sports shoes, comfortable clothes and sunglasses — we bring everything else, including the insurance.
