Manavgat River Boat Trip from Side: Three Swim Stops and Lunch on Board

The Experience
Several swim stops, one of them properly long: that is the honest summary of this day. The boat heads down the Manavgat slowly enough that the turtles stretched out on the branches along the bank do not bother to move. The main stop is where the river empties into the Mediterranean. You get about an hour and a half there, cool fresh water on one side of you and warm sea on the other, which is long enough to swim, dry off, eat and get back in. Lunch is grilled chicken with rice and salad, cooked on board. More swims follow out in open water, and the foam arrives somewhere in the middle of the afternoon. About the dolphins: they are wild, nobody feeds them, and no captain on this coast can promise you a sighting. On good days they run offshore alongside; on ordinary days you get turtles instead, and the turtles are close to certain. Book this for the swimming and treat a fin on the horizon as a bonus. You are back at your hotel around 17:30. Life jackets come in every size and infants travel free. Drinks, ice cream and the water sports at the beach stop are settled separately on the spot; the guide, the lunch and the transfer are already yours. Nothing is charged before the day itself.
