The Experience

The soft drinks are unlimited and already in the price, which is unusual on this coast and explains a good part of the fare. On most boats the bar is where a day quietly becomes expensive. Here it does not, all day, for everyone on board. Otherwise the programme is deliberately thin. A comfortable pickup from your hotel, out onto flat water off Side, then swim stops that nobody cuts short. Snorkelling gear is on the boat. The set piece is the Manavgat waterfall seen from the sea, at the point where the river runs into the salt water, a good moment for a camera and the reason many people choose this over a livelier trip. Lunch is cooked and served on deck, usually grilled chicken with salads and local bread, eaten at anchor. Adults pay €68 and children €48; infants travel free. That covers the seven-hour cruise, a guide for the whole day, the lunch, the snorkelling equipment, the unlimited soft drinks and air-conditioned transfers from selected hotels. Tell us where you are staying and we will confirm yours. Alcohol, the photo and video service, personal spending and add-ons such as a jet ski or banana boat are separate.
